CARTEK PDM-4C

Four-channel power distribution module with CAN-Bus control and diagnostics. Outputs run ignition coils, rad fans, fuel pumps and rain lights, each one current-limited in configuration instead of fused in the loom. They can also be driven directly by a third-party CAN device such as an ECU or digital display.

We stock it as the compact CAN-Bus option.

Outputs

• 4 outputs: 20 A current limit per channel, configured in 5 A steps
• 60 A maximum total output
• Selectable soft start for high-inrush loads such as fans or pumps

Inputs

• 4 inputs: active low, active high, edge triggered, always on, or PWM signal to 200 Hz
• 1 auxiliary input: ignition, or logic functions such as hazard
• Momentary or latching switches and signals

Functions

• 6 output functions: input controlled, flashing at 1 Hz, timer on at 5 or 10 minutes, over-run at 5 or 10 minutes

Connections

• Sealed 12-pin Amphenol (Deutsch DT) connector, the same terminal family we run in the harness
• Crimps and mating connector supplied
• CAN-Bus 2.0, selectable baud rate at 125, 250, 500 or 1000 kbps, with a choice of input and output CAN message addresses
• RGB status LEDs for input and output state
